Talented local cook Serife shares her Turkish family recipes with you at the first edition of Domus Supper Club! Join her in the kitchen to learn her secrets or just take a seat at the table, come and enjoy a night of Turkish culinary hospitality with us. 


On the menu:

- dolma, traditional air dried vegetables stuffed with a fragrant pilav mixture and cooked in tomato sauce

- gul boregi, heart shaped pastries filled with spiced potato and onions

- hamsili pilav, a festive layered dish with rice and fresh sardines


KolenkitKoks provides training and support for talented cooks who are on a path to setting up their own business in the food sector. The cooks provide catering, workshops, ready made products and culinary experiences like this supper club. 


Our supper club will start at 18:00 at which time cook Serife is still in the kitchen where you can join in on the cooking if you want! We'll sit down to eat at around 19:00.
