Our services
Catering and F&B retail
Our cooks provide catering for all kinds of events, with an average of 6 bookings weekly. Our clients get to taste a wealth of cuisines while supporting starting entrepreneurs. Kolenkitkoks also offers cooking workshops, storytelling and product retail. 70% of all revenue goes directly to the cooks.
Training and support
Kolenkitkoks works with cooks whose starting position is precarious. With extensive training, 1 on 1 support and the opportunity for hands on experience in paid work, the team supports cooks to a place of social and financial security to start their business.
Research and advocacy
Kolenkitkoks founder Eline Hansen dr. works with local government and partner organisations to create a change in current welfare to work policy. Our impact system and data from the cooks act as the foundation for further research in this field.
